Thank you once again for your services! Twice now you have helped me surprise my special lady with a gift. This week you delivered flowers to her on exactly the day I wished... her birthday! She was quite happy and excited, as she did not think that she would receive a single gift from anyone for it. I also appreciated the photo that you took of her and sent to me. Previously you helped me with a special concierge service that NO ONE ELSE in Nikolaev could or would provide! I had almost given up until Dmitry from your Customer Service department told me, "Yes, I can do that." Dmitry was especially helpful as we exchanged many emails in order to get all of the details correct, and everything went exactly as we planned. I live in the United States, and I recently discovered that my great-grandmother immigrated to this country from Nikolaev. I contacted the GOTONIKOLAEV team to request hospital information to try and find information, and in less than 24 hours, I got a prompt response. They answer all of my questions and were always quick to reply. I'm sure that once I save up enough money to travel to Nikolaev, the team will be just as curteous, helpful, and responsive to set up my travel plans.
