Thank you, I was more that satisfied the the apartment and transfer service from and back to the Odessa Airport. The apartment was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was very well situated. When I arrived in Odessa the driver (Sergey) was waiting for me and he had made arrangements to bring my friend to the airport to meet me. Sergey even called my friend the day before I was scheduled to leave to be sure I remembered the time we had to leave for the airport. When it was time to leave he was at my apartment before sunrise and had me to the airport in time for my flight. The car was clean and in top condition, I enjoyed the ride and conversation with Sergey, he a great representation of your business. I know that I will be returning to Nikolaev and would NOT consider using another service. Thank you for having a part in making my trip to Nikolaev so enjoyable.

I have been a customer of "gotonikolaev.com" for about 2 months now and I have had excellent customer service. It is very uneasy to use a service, paying them money to purchase items for your girlfriend when the agency is in another country and you know nothing about them. However every time I placed an order it was handled in a timely manner and I was kept notified from the time I placed the order to the the item was delieverd. I sent roses twice and both times my girlfriend said the flowers were very beautiful and fresh. You took pictures like I requested and sent them to me right away. You went out of your way to contact my girlfriend and make the delivery at her work where it was more conveniant for her. I have traveled to Moscow, St Petersburg, Novosibirsk in Russia and several times to Kiev Ukraine. I have used numerous agencies to arrange travel, hotels, apartments, and other things that an American needs arranged when traveling to Russia and Ukraine and I have had some good and bad experiences. It is a pleasure to have done business with an honest and sincere company. I know how to get around and what to expect when traveling in Kiev but I have never been to Nikolaev and I know it is much smaller and not as tourist friendly as Kiev but I hope to have a good experience with the help of your company.

When I was in Mykolayiv, you and your staff were partners in my experience. I had many requests, and everyone, especially Vladim, took care of me to a level that I could not have expected. The trip was amazing. The accommodations were more than ideal. The bed was big and soft. The kitchen was everything I needed. The air conditioner for a big man like me, was readily available and very helpful! Everyone was where they said they would be, every time I was given a schedule. This is a very professional operation, that I feel that Dmitri and his employees sincerely apply themselves to at any given requirement. I lost my keys...(gotoNikolaev) were there with new ones within 10 minutes. Seriously. I had questions about my gas service. Vladim was there to help me understand. You guys are great. Dmitri spoke with me professionally about the internet connection information and set me straight. How cool is it that, with all of this wonderful help, that my offer of marriage was accepted by the right lady. Whatever dreams there are, the roots are here in Nikolaev. Thanks for everything!
