When I was in Mykolayiv, you and your staff were partners in my experience. I had many requests, and everyone, especially Vladim, took care of me to a level that I could not have expected. The trip was amazing. The accommodations were more than ideal. The bed was big and soft. The kitchen was everything I needed. The air conditioner for a big man like me, was readily available and very helpful! Everyone was where they said they would be, every time I was given a schedule. This is a very professional operation, that I feel that Dmitri and his employees sincerely apply themselves to at any given requirement. I lost my keys...(gotoNikolaev) were there with new ones within 10 minutes. Seriously. I had questions about my gas service. Vladim was there to help me understand. You guys are great.
