Coming to Ukraine for the first time ever I was very nervous, but upon stepping off the plane to be greeted by the GoToNikolaev.com staff holding a card with my name, then having my bags retrieved and run through customs in less than 15 minutes set the tone for a great trip. Meeting the manager, Vadim, at the apartment to get keys and the cell phone I had rented was quick and efficient plus he was kind enough to help me purchase a phone card and show me where I was to go to meet with people I had a business meeting with that evening. When we encountered a problem with the Internet connection, he stayed until we were assured the problem was solved. I want to thank you for the efficiency, kindness and hospitality that you and your staff showed to me on my trip. I was also impressed by the prices, which locals explained were very inexpensive for the location I was staying at. Having travelled to Odessa on my own while in Nikolaev for a day of touring, I also discovered you have some of the best taxi rates in the area. The morning I left, checking out of the apartment was quick and efficient. The taxi driver was great and even helped me find where I had to go to check in at the airport. Through my whole journey in Ukraine, I felt safe and well taken care of knowing the GoToNIkolaev.com staff were with me the whole way!
