The big cottage with the area of 300 square meters is situated above the river so the view is excellent, the area is very safe and quiet and it is also located in the Central area. There are five comfortable and spacious rooms. The cottage is perfect for the corporate parties, weddings, birthdays and family holidays, seminars, business negotiations or for a big company to have rest and go fishing as the river is close by. In the cottage there is sauna, billiards, poker room, banquet hall up to 40 persons, 3 light and clean bedrooms, a large parking place, night lighting of the area down to the river in the summer, a large swimming pool, beach chairs and umbrellas, BBQ. The clean bed linen, towels and bath slippers are available.

Thank you, I was more that satisfied the the apartment and transfer service from and back to the Odessa Airport. The apartment was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was very well situated. When I arrived in Odessa the driver (Sergey) was waiting for me and he had made arrangements to bring my friend to the airport to meet me. Sergey even called my friend the day before I was scheduled to leave to be sure I remembered the time we had to leave for the airport. When it was time to leave he was at my apartment before sunrise and had me to the airport in time for my flight. The car was clean and in top condition, I enjoyed the ride and conversation with Sergey, he a great representation of your business.
