I want to thank you for the good service, especially to Vadim, who waited for me at the airport for about 45 minutes longer because my plane was delayed. Also he drove me to a Mac Donald restaurant when i arrived in Nikolaev because i was so hungry! He also asked me if I could call him after I was in my apartment just to make sure I was oke. Where do you find this kind of service and customer care these days! So for everybody who still hesitates using services of GotoNikolaev, and maybe think the company is a fraud, i say: DONT HESITATE!! This is a honest and legit company, and you get so much for your money, really! The apartments look just like on the photos and its very clean, and mostly cheaper then hotels. Thanks Dimitry and your staff for the good service provided, and i surely will make use of your services again in 2014!

Thank you, I was more that satisfied the the apartment and transfer service from and back to the Odessa Airport. The apartment was just as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was very well situated. When I arrived in Odessa the driver (Sergey) was waiting for me and he had made arrangements to bring my friend to the airport to meet me. Sergey even called my friend the day before I was scheduled to leave to be sure I remembered the time we had to leave for the airport. When it was time to leave he was at my apartment before sunrise and had me to the airport in time for my flight. The car was clean and in top condition, I enjoyed the ride and conversation with Sergey, he a great representation of your business. I know that I will be returning to Nikolaev and would NOT consider using another service. Thank you for having a part in making my trip to Nikolaev so enjoyable.
