Dimitry, I want to thank you for the wonderful attitude nd very prompt responses to all my needs. Your excellent service ad attitude have made this the least stressful of my 3 trips to Ukraine. The apartment was even better than it looked on the website and the location was perfect. Thanks again for making a great trip perfect! I will be using when ever I return. You might want to suggest to your apartment owners that they get screens on at least one window in each room for good weather. Thanks again to you and Vadim for everything!

I have been in Ukraine for a couple of weeks now and from the time I first contacted Mishka he has given immediate and very happy service. You should be proud to have him as your public face and his manner in dealing with problems whether taxi or apartment is beyond reproach. Too many times we just take service for granted but sometimes it is delivered in a special way and I will tell my friends as well as use his services again on my next trip to Ukraine. I hope his efforts are finasncially rewarded and he is a credit to your company.
