Dimitry, I want to thank you for the wonderful attitude nd very prompt responses to all my needs. Your excellent service ad attitude have made this the least stressful of my 3 trips to Ukraine. The apartment was even better than it looked on the website and the location was perfect. Thanks again for making a great trip perfect! I will be using when ever I return. You might want to suggest to your apartment owners that they get screens on at least one window in each room for good weather. Thanks again to you and Vadim for everything!

What can i say? I have been to many places in the world and i can't recall experiencing such a professional and friendly service as gotonikolaev.com. Anyone reading this all I can say is try them especially if you have never travelled to the ukraine before i thoroughly recommend it. I have used their V I P service and it should be re named to V V I P, very very important person, as thats how they made me feel. Services throughout the world could learn a lot from this company so go ahead enjoy. I did.
