Everything was exactly as you decribed, the apartment is situated centrally and close to all amenities, it is comfortable and has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Local Nikolaev residents that I entertained in the apartment said it surely is one of the best in the city. I will definately make use of this apartment on my next visit to Nikolaev!

Dmitry provided an excellent rental in downtown Nikolaev, Ukraine. I was provided with a laptop and internet access as well as a television with cable. The location was within walking distance to all of the major attractions, and he also provided transportation to and from the airport in Odessa.
