I am currently in Nikolaev and am not one bit sorry that i visited your City, the people are nice and friendly! Regarding the car you sent to pick me up, was excellent and sowas the driver, nice and helpful so much so that every time i opened my mouth he would phone and give me the telephone and he will just say translator :) so i figured i keep my mouth shut because he was going to make a lot of expenses calling :) he was so nice and kind! I will be pleased to use any of your services in the future!

She was quite happy and excited, as she did not think that she would receive a single gift from anyone for it. I also appreciated the photo that you took of her and sent to me. Previously you helped me with a special concierge service that NO ONE ELSE in Nikolaev could or would provide! I had almost given up until Dmitry from your Customer Service department told me, "Yes, I can do that." Dmitry was especially helpful as we exchanged many emails in order to get all of the details correct, and everything went exactly as we planned.
