I have been in Ukraine for a couple of weeks now and from the time I first contacted Mishka he has given immediate and very happy service. You should be proud to have him as your public face and his manner in dealing with problems whether taxi or apartment is beyond reproach. Too many times we just take service for granted but sometimes it is delivered in a special way and I will tell my friends as well as use his services again on my next trip to Ukraine.
