Coming to Ukraine for the first time ever I was very nervous, but upon stepping off the plane to be greeted by the GoToNikolaev.com staff holding a card with my name, then having my bags retrieved and run through customs in less than 15 minutes set the tone for a great trip. Julie at customs helped assure me everything was taken care of and stayed with me right until I was in the taxi. The taxi driver stopping to buy me my first Ukraine coffee at a roadside stop about 40 KM from Odessa, showing me the friendliness of the people I was about to encounter. He even refused to let me pay for it, which showed me how kind and generous the people are in Ukraine to strangers. When we first arrived in Nikolaev, the taxi driver was also kind enough to give his own time to take me on a quick walking tour of the area, showing me restaurants, stores and where I could exchange money close to my apartment, which helped me relax and feel comfortable. Meeting the manager, Vadim, at the apartment to get keys and the cell phone I had rented was quick and efficient plus he was kind enough to help me purchase a phone card and show me where I was to go to meet with people I had a business meeting with that evening. When we encountered a problem with the Internet connection, he stayed until we were assured the problem was solved. I want to thank you for the efficiency, kindness and hospitality that you and your staff showed to me on my trip. I was also impressed by the prices, which locals explained were very inexpensive for the location I was staying at. Having travelled to Odessa on my own while in Nikolaev for a day of touring, I also discovered you have some of the best taxi rates in the area. The morning I left, checking out of the apartment was quick and efficient. The taxi driver was great and even helped me find where I had to go to check in at the airport. Through my whole journey in Ukraine, I felt safe and well taken care of knowing the GoToNIkolaev.com staff were with me the whole way! I will definitely use your services on all my future trips to Nikolaev and thank you for making my trip comfortable and fun. You have great people working for you and keep up the great work! Dear GoToNikolaev.com Team, First, I want to apologize for not getting back to you for quite some time. I’ve been traveling a lot and, generally, very very busy. But better late than never… Back in February, you (Dmitry) helped me find an old friend of mine whom I hadn’t heard from for unusually long time. I tried to call him many times but it sounded like no one was picking up. I was afraid that something happened to him. I spent a lot of time browsing the Net to see if I could find out if his phone number had changed – no luck. Unfortunately, there isn’t much information on the Net about residential phone numbers in small cities in Ukraine. I couldn’t even find out how to call the Phone Information from outside the area. And then, I got lucky enough to find GoToNikolaev.com. Dmitry e-mailed me my friend’s new number in the matter of hours. This was fantastic! And not just the result. Everything was done very professionally and respectfully. Truly, a world class service. I would recommend it to any anyone. Have booked the apartment and the transport from Odessa airport to Nikolaev and back. In short, only I can say that the service was PERFECT! The apartment looks same as on the photographs, published on this site; it's maybe small, but it is cozy. All installed equipment works fine, but don't expect that you'll have many programs on sat-TV. I asked for Internet connection and laptop for rent and this part was perfect too. The internet connection is fast, but I recommend to bring your own laptop as some programs have Russian menus, which are difficult to change to English. However, I changed Skype program to English. :) One advice: order VIP service on airport when departing Odessa; next time I'll for sure order it. Dmitry, thank you so much, I enjoyed to stay in Nikolaev. In addition, I'll ask you for help me in everything else as I see that you're well organized.

Thank you once again for your services! Twice now you have helped me surprise my special lady with a gift. This week you delivered flowers to her on exactly the day I wished... her birthday! She was quite happy and excited, as she did not think that she would receive a single gift from anyone for it. I also appreciated the photo that you took of her and sent to me. Previously you helped me with a special concierge service that NO ONE ELSE in Nikolaev could or would provide! I had almost given up until Dmitry from your Customer Service department told me, "Yes, I can do that." Dmitry was especially helpful as we exchanged many emails in order to get all of the details correct, and everything went exactly as we planned.
